Service Disclaimer
1. No warranty
The software, the Workforce gateway, the Portable USB hardware, and all related services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
2. AI-output caveats
The agent uses large language models (chat / vision / voice / image generation) routed through the Workforce gateway. These models produce probabilistic output and will sometimes generate text or actions that are:
- Factually wrong ("hallucinations") — including confidently-stated citations to papers, laws, statistics, or web pages that do not exist
- Out of date — model training data has a cutoff; the agent does not know everything that happened after that date unless it explicitly searched the web
- Biased — reflecting biases in the training data
- Tool-misusing — calling a wrong tool, calling the right tool with wrong arguments, or chaining tools in unintended ways
You are responsible for reviewing all agent output before relying on it for any decision that has financial, legal, medical, professional, or safety consequences.
3. No professional advice
Nothing the agent says is legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, engineering, or other professional advice — even if the agent is roleplaying a professional or has loaded a professional-domain skill. Consult a qualified human professional for any decision in those domains.
4. Computer Use, Browser Use, fs, ssh, harness
The agent has the ability to read and modify files on your computer, execute shell commands, drive your browser, and run commands on remote machines you've authenticated to. You authorise each of these capabilities by enabling the relevant module.
- The agent may take destructive actions (delete files, overwrite data, send messages, post to social media, push code) that cannot be undone.
- The agent may misinterpret your instructions and act on the wrong target.
- For high-blast-radius operations, configure your keybox / harness allowlist conservatively, run in a non-production environment first, and review proposed actions before approving.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from agent-initiated actions on your systems or third-party systems.
5. Third-party services
The Workforce gateway routes calls to third-party model providers (MiniMax, Qwen, OpenAI-compatible upstreams, DeepInfra, Gemini, etc.). These third parties have their own terms and uptime characteristics. We are not responsible for outages, content moderation decisions, or pricing changes at the upstream provider that affect your use of the gateway.
6. Portable USB hardware
The Portable USB is sourced from third-party manufacturers (SanDisk-class drives). Hardware lifetime, flash endurance, and physical durability are governed by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 3 years). 99Pages does not warrant the hardware beyond what the manufacturer provides.
- USB sticks fail. Plan for it. Important state should be backed up by you off the USB regularly.
- Hot-pulling the USB during a write can corrupt the SQLite databases. Use the launcher's clean exit (Ctrl+C) whenever possible.
- If a USB physically fails within warranty, contact [email protected] for an ID-verified replacement at customer-paid shipping cost.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 99Pages and NG TICK KEE harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising out of your use of the service, including content you generate, actions you authorise the agent to take, and any breach by you of the Acceptable Use section of the Policy.
9. Beta software, fast iteration
99Pages Agentic OS ships frequently — sometimes daily. We may add, change, or remove modules, skills, pricing, models, or UI elements with limited notice. This is a feature, not a bug. If a specific module or model is critical to your workflow, snapshot the version and pin the keybox config accordingly.
10. Email + Telegram + browser automation
The ingest-email, telegram-bot, and browser modules let the agent read from and write to channels that have privacy implications for third parties:
- Do not point
ingest-emailat a mailbox containing other people's correspondence without their consent. - Do not deploy the Telegram bot in chats whose participants have not been informed.
- Do not use the browser module to scrape or interact with services in violation of those services' terms.
11. Severability + entire agreement
If any provision of this Disclaimer is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. This Disclaimer and the Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and 99Pages regarding the service.
